Salesforce Apprentice

CRMBase is an industry-first Silicon Valley-based training platform and bootcamp for the customer relationship management industry that enables people to get high-paying CRM jobs by training for 3-6 months. CRMBase is looking to expand its team by hiring motivated individuals to train as Salesforce Admins through classroom learning and on-the-job mentorship.  

Our Salesforce Apprentices will attend a 3-month Salesforce Bootcamp to master the CRM, then apply their skills to real-world projects as apprentices. Once they are fully trained, they will transition to become full-time Salesforce Admins at CRMBase.  

Location: 

Five positions in Pakistan (remote) with the option to work on-site in Lahore or Islamabad in the future. 

Job Responsibilities: 

• Learn Salesforce through classroom training and additional material provided 
• Complete assignments, projects, and hands-on exercises  
• Pass relevant certification exams to gain the credentials needed 
• Use the Salesforce skills learned to deploy, implement, and manage Salesforce for clients 
• Strategically leverage features to customize Salesforce for business needs 
• Train on other CRMs and software, as needed 
• Support CRMBase bootcamp Admissions, Instructors, and Career Outcome teams  
• Manage client relations, ensuring that their requirements are met 

The Ideal Candidate: 

• Fluent in English, with good English writing skills 
• Four-year BBA, MBA, or an equivalent graduate degree 
• At least 2 years of professional work experience 
• Ability to quickly grasp complex concepts and apply them to different scenarios 
• Ability to perform independently while keeping the strategic goals in mind 
• Basic understanding of the CRM Industry 
• Prior knowledge of Salesforce or any other CRM will be a major plus 
• This is a full-time remote job with an evening shift from 9 pm – 6 am Pakistan Time 
• You will be paid a stipend during the bootcamp training and apprenticeship 

The Hiring Process: 

After the initial screening, shortlisted candidates will be requested to answer a short questionnaire, which includes a video submission. Those who pass this first round will be invited to a video interview.
