CRMBase is a training bootcamp and learning platform for the customer relationship management industry that is looking to hire a Salesforce Admin Instructor.
One position in USA (Remote) with the option to work on-site in San Francisco in the future.
Instruct a 4-week intensive Salesforce course for remote students
Teach students with no Salesforce background Salesforce Admin skills needed to pass the certification exam
Train users on best practices of Salesforce modules
Use your proven curriculum for Salesforce Admin and Salesforce Advanced Admin courses to teach students in an accelerated timeframe
Develop a curriculum for the Salesforce courses, if needed
Provide practical examples and contextual insights to students to prepare them for real-world situations
Come up with questions, knowledge checks, and hands-on project scenarios
Answer questions posed by students regarding the course
Help students map out their Salesforce career paths and mentor them about what they need to do to achieve their goals
Work with CRMBase management on improving and updating the curriculum
Analyze feedback and keep pace with Salesforce feature announcements to ensure that the curriculum is up to date
Take on any other tasks assigned in the downtime between training sessions
Fluent in spoken and written English
Five or more years of demonstrated Salesforce implementation, instruction, or technical training experience
Mastery of ADM 201 and ADM 211 topics
Salesforce Certified Administrator and Salesforce Admin Instructor certification
Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator and Salesforce Platform App Builder certifications will be a plus
Ability to translate complex ideas into easy-to-understand text and infographics
Excellent training, presentation, and delivery skills, including the ability to actively engage course participants using a variety of teaching techniques
Great classroom management and facilitation skills
High level of empathy and patience for students who are struggling
Ability to provide additional challenging exercises for students who are excelling
Flexibility in adjusting teaching style based on student requirements
Strong customer relationship management and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and administrative skills
