CRMBase is a learning and training platform for the customer relationship management industry that is looking to expand its small team by hiring a Technical Writer.
One position in USA (Remote) with the option to work on-site in San Francisco in the future.
Three positions in Pakistan (remote) with the option to work on-site in Lahore or Islamabad in the future.
Produce high-quality, easy to understand, search engine optimized content for CRMBase’s target audience
Create lessons to help end-users use CRM applications
Come up with questions, knowledge checks, and hands-on project scenarios
Maintain a consistent storytelling approach across the platform
Write the script and build storyboards for video lessons
Periodically write for the company’s official blog
Draft lessons and blogs on the company website
Help the social media team to write persuasive content
Maintain and update information architecture
Update the content writing process, as needed
Fluent in English, with good English writing and editing skills
Five or more years of technical or non-technical content writing experience
Ability to quickly grasp complex ideas and translate them into easy-to-understand text and infographics
Ability to perform independently while keeping the strategic goals in mind
Advanced knowledge of search engine optimization and keyword research
Basic understanding of the CRM Industry
Proven work experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Adobe Experience Cloud will be a major plus
Any journalistic background will be highly appreciated, but is not a necessary requirement
